I have also revamped my website, in order to better adapt it to my current professional situation.
In fact I have recently changed my status from professional painter to hobby/free-time painter, so much of the info present here wasn’t actual anymore, or was unnecessary.

first of all, I wish to thank you so much for the sincere support you have showed me, and for caring enough and taking the time to let me have your feedback on my work, which as I’m sure you know, is always something that means a lot to a person involved with making art.
I am also very grateful to you because you are the one you have allowed me to be able to do this giveaway at all, which I really wished for personal reasons.

I’m very happy that I had the opportunity to get to know you via this as well, because I loved your websites and I find your enthusiasm inspiring and “contagious”

Even if there was no “contest” in the strict sense, I am glad because I will not have any doubts ever about not having made a good choice of winner ;P

I  hope with all my heart that you will enjoy the oil painting I’m lovingly making for you, when you’ll have it in your home and look at it on your wall.

After a long absence due to summer holidays and a collaboration for a decoration piece, I’ve decided to celebrate the start of a new painting season by having a new giveaway/contest.

This 2011 giveaway will be different from last year’s though.

1-the prize will be an original piece by me (not a print as last year) specifically an ornate fabric framed oil painting (the photo above shows the style of the framing, but the painting will be different).
2-I will not pick the winner randomly but I will select one myself.
3-the rules to enter are as follow :

1. please post on your blog, or public facebook page, or website, or whatever you like provided it’s your public place on the net, accessible by me and everyone else, in english or italian language,  a link to my website (www.amarilliart.com), plus your answer to the following question : “which work made by me (Amarilli) do you like most and why? “
2. after having done this, please also post in your twitter or blog or public facebook page status the sentence “I am entering Amarilli’s giveaway at amarilliart.com to win an original framed drawing”
3. please let me know, via a message sent on the wall of my facebook page, where I can find your entry/answer (point 1) and the sentence (point 2).
4. on the 12.th of November I will select a winner, the criteria will be which answer inspired me most or was most interesting to me. The winner will be announced here on my website’s blog on November 13th.
